Last updated: July 7, 2024
At Onuro, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect application metrics, which include:
- When you execute an action
- What model you used
- How many tokens were used
- How many tokens the model responded with
- Environment-specific information, such as:
- The application this was sent from (e.g., web, mobile app, Google Chrome)
- Which operating system you're using
- The version of the operating system
2. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used solely for understanding user behavior in the application from a high level. We do not collect any sensitive data, and we do not sell your data under any circumstances.
3. Data Storage and Retention
We do not collect or store any data sent to a model or received by one for analysis purposes. The exception to this is for storing conversation histories, which requires your messages to persist in a cloud database as long as they're active. To avoid this behavior, you can delete conversation threads or use anonymous mode.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
While we do not collect sensitive information, please note that we have no control over what model providers do with the data that passes through their servers. Your messages must pass through their servers and are subject to their API's privacy policies as well. Here are the links to the model providers' privacy policies:
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
